My Name is Elizabeth Saposnek and I facilitate Past Life Regression Group Sessions. I learned a technique called QHHT- Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique and have helped clients on their spiritual journey to find the answers they are longing for.

Please note that when doing a group session like this, it is good to keep an open mind and to just go with what you are experiencing at the moment. I ask that you bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water, a journal and something to write with, as you do not want to forget what you saw on your journey.?

What is Quantum Healing?

?This is a technique developed by Delores Cannon. This technique is a powerful tool to access that all knowing part of yourself, Higher self, the oversoul, that part of you that is connected to the divine. I take you through a state of hypnosis to where we ask the subconscious to bring in the answers to your questions and to help heal any past life traumas, ailments that you might have carried over.
